About Us
Who we are...
We are a family farm in Monticello, Iowa (East Central Iowa). Along with traditional row crops, Muddy Boots Flower Farm grows vegetables and flowers.
Peg comes from a multigeneration farm family. Her love of growing started in 4-H when she was 10.
Frank also has a love of growing and building. He is the infrastructure genius on the farm.
What we offer...
We offer a Floral CSA (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
Flower buckets for DIY weddings, showers (making arrangements as a shower game or using table arrangements as game prizes), parties, etc.
Floral arrangements and more!
We also offer a vegetable CSA.
Why choose local...
Most of the fresh flowers sold in the US are not grown in North America, but in Colombia, Equador, Mexico, the Netherlands and Israel.
Imported flowers are often cut a week or more before they get to you. Locally grown flowers can be cut in the morning and on your table that evening.
