Everything you need to know about ordering flowers for pick up or delivery.

PLEASE READ ALL GUIDELINES BEFORE ORDERING.

In-store pickup is always FREE at our storefront, 

Muddy Boots Flowers & Gifts at 121 E 1st St. Monticello IA. 

Our normal store hours are Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am to noon

Hours do fluctuate with the seasons and holidays so please check our website or social media for the latest information. 

*** Same Day orders for pick-up MUST be submitted before 1:00 PM. Please allow at least 2 hours for completion of your arrangement. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.  

Looking to have flowers and gifts delivered right to the door? We offer flower delivery within approximately 15 miles of our store, Tuesday - Saturday. 

Same day delivery cut off is noon, and our normal delivery window is 11:00am-2:00pm (Saturday delivery order cut off is Friday at 5pm and the Saturday delivery window is 10am to noon.). 

If we are delivering to a business location, please ensure we know what time the business closes. 

• Same day delivery order cutoff is 11am Tuesday - Friday. Saturday delivery cut off is 5pm Friday (Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day require 24 hour advance ordering). 

• Please call the store if you want a price point that is not listed on the website.

• Delivery is Available Tuesday - Saturday (Exceptions: Funerals/Memorial Services, Valentine's Day & Mother's Day).

• Deliveries will typically arrive between 11 am and 2 pm. 

• Please give us a phone number for the recipient when you order. We will contact the recipient to make sure that they are at the delivery location or to set up a delivery time.

• If you are ordering for a Monday funeral/memorial service please note that on the order or call the store (319)465-4733.

• There are no returns for customers when recipients refuse or are unable to receive a delivery.

• All Sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, refunds.
